Luham De Kock

Introducing, Luhann de Kock, a 7’s and 15’s Rugby Union player from Stellenbosch, South Africa.

He started playing rugby at the age of 7 and attended the well known Eikestad Primary school. Luhann then chose to go to the prestigious Rugby Paul Roos Gimnasium in Stellenbosch where he was one of the superstars in his team. After school, Luhann joined the SA Rugby Sevens program in Stellenbosch where he got the experience to train and play alongside great sevens players like Kyle Brown, Cheslin Kolbe and Kwagga Smith just to name a few.

Luhann then went on to represent the Durbanville Rugby Club who won the club champs. He then changed his course to study at the University of Stellenbosch and play for the well known historic team Maties Rugby. Luhann is currently a teacher at Paul Roos Gimnasium and whilst still a stalwart player, a well-experienced rugby coach, coaching at his alma mater Paul Roos Gimnasium.
