Corey Jones

Corey Jones, aka “OZ” is a professional American rugby player from North Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.

Corey started playing rugby at the University of Arkansas where he was a 7’s and 15’s star. He has spent time with the USA Rugby South Panthers, Atlantic 7’s, Little Rock Stormers, New Haven Bulldogs, and most recently with the Southern Pines RFC in North Carolina.

This 28-year-old American rugby player at 1.93 m tall (6 ft 4 in) and weighing in at 102 kg (16 st 0.87 lb; 224.87 lb), is currently playing for Austin in the United States as a winger since 2019.

This will not be Corey’s first 10’s tournament, as he has taken part in a 10’s tournament in Bangkok, Thailand before, the Oh-so famous Las Vegas 7’s, where he also partook.

Corey, being a jet setter for rugby, has also travelled to Japan on tour with Yale Rugby for tournaments in Tokyo and Hong Kong and this year he will be traveling to Portugal for the launch of our Rugby Tens Championship.
